Troubleshooting

If you are having any trouble with the operation of your Stun Gun, refer to the following troubleshooting guides for your Stun Gun model.

IMPORTANT:
All Stun Guns can injure a person or animal.
 Use only when necessary.
A Stun Gun is NOT a toy.
Do NOT Discharge the Stun Gun in the air for more than 1 second at a time as this can damage the unit.
Read all enclosed material with your stun gun.

  • Make sure safety strap is securely pinned in.
  • Make sure a good 9V battery is installed.
  • Push the On/Off/Alarm switch all the way up for alarm and stun; half way up for stun only.
  • Push trigger to stun.
  • Hold contacts against target to stun.
